Collection

An important influence on the efficiency and effectiveness of industrial dust collection systems is the design concept of the dust extraction hood. The closer the hood is to the source of the emitted dust, the lower the air flow requirements are, so that only a smaller system needs to be installed. Transmission

Taking into account the dynamics of the air flow and economic efficiency constraints, we have established data on the optimum dust transfer speed.

Too low a transfer speed can lead to potential system blockages, while too high a transfer speed requires more installation power and increases the risk of wear and tear on the transfer lines.

 

Dedusting devices

Recovery

Dust is collected after filtration in a variety of ways: collection drums, mechanical continuous discharge (counterbalance valves, screw conveyors, rotary valves) or pneumatic transfer.

 

Air Recirculation

Recirculation is used to minimize heat loss in the winter when dust removal systems are in use and to reduce the load on the air conditioning system in the summer when dust removal systems are in use, however, the reintroduction of air into the work area must be in accordance with specifications.

The nature of the filtered dust is also an important factor in selecting a solution.
